Legal stuff

Hello,

Legal bit here, as I’m giving away stuff online apparently I need this to stop hordes of squabbling participants!

So basically, I get the final decision on who wins, but it’ll be quite simple – I’m giving away one prize, which is £500’s worth of Virgin Atlantic travel vouchers, to the first person in the UK who is over 18 and emails me before 16th of May at jameshill83@gmail.com telling me which street Liz lives on. I’m afraid there’s no alternative to this prize and no debating who’s won.

I’ll email you back if you’ve won, asking for your full name and UK address so I can deliver the vouchers – I’ll send them by courier. As the winner you’ll be agreeing to let me show your name on any publicity related to my story.

I’m sorry I can’t reply to everyone else (I’d like to but there might be thousands of you), but I will post the name of the winner on my blog as soon as I can – within no more than a week of 16th of May. By entering you’re confirming that you’re over 18 and agreeing to my conditions, which I have the right to change.

I should also mention that these vouchers are just for flights. Passport, visa, accommodation, travel insurance and anything else you might need to travel is down to you. I can’t help Virgin’s decisions either – they decide whether they’ll let you fly, so check their T&Cs if you’re unsure about anything.

Agency Republic’s helping me out on what to do here, so legally they’re the promoter. They’re at: 1 Battersea Bridge Road, London, SW11 3BZ and it’s all for an O2 campaign.
